Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Review and process all new hires, terminations and manager submitted employee changes in E1 for both weekly and monthly employees
  • Review and process all employee submitted changes in E1 for both weekly and monthly employees (i.e., address, name, and contact number changes)
  • Review all new craft labor positions before they are posted to company careers page and ensure all posting requirements have been met before postings can be made live
  • Determine hiring eligibility of candidates before an employment offer is made
  • Ensure candidates receive new hire paperwork once they have accepted employment offer
  • Maintain employee personnel files, including keep scanning up to date
  • Ensure all employment related forms are up to date and posted on Connect for managers and employees to access when needed
  • Provide support and assistance with employee hiring, terminations, transfers, and other employee changes

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in a role focused on employment processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • Expertise in JD Edwards E1
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Bluebeam
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail oriented with the ability to recognize discrepancies in information
  • Customer service driven
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, discernment, and business judgment
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, including comfort in seeking assistance when necessary
